Because our products are handcrafted in small batches and made-to-order, all sales are final. Muskoka Unearthed does not accept returns or exchanges. If you have concerns with your order, please reach out through our Contact page and we’ll do our best to help.

Shipping
Shipping only available within Canada. International shipping is not available at this time.

Once your package leaves our hands, we cannot take responsibility for damages that occur during transit. Please keep in mind the natural nature of our ingredients and packaging:

• Glass containers may freeze and break during the colder months.
• Salves and balms may soften or melt in hot weather.

By placing an order, you acknowledge these seasonal risks.

Local Pickup
If you’d like to arrange a local pickup in Huntsville, ON, please contact us through the Contact page and we’ll coordinate a time that works best.

Order Fulfillment

• Orders are typically prepared within 24–48 business hours (Mon–Fri).
• Most shipments are handed to the courier within two business days of your order.
• If there’s ever a delay beyond four business days, you’ll be notified directly.
• Once shipped, delivery is usually completed within two business days, though timing may vary depending on your location and the courier.

As a one-woman business, I do my best to reply as quickly as possible. My preferred way to connect is through email or social media. I aim to respond within 72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). If you’ve messaged on social media and haven’t heard back, please try email.
